Really? None of you guys use creatine despite the scientific evidence? Very surprising to me that dextrose and NO sups are beating creatine.
So what's the final decisions on creatine? Does it actually help? Strength gains? I've read it does and doesn't and I have no clue to be honest.
What about BCAAs? Heard both about this one too.
