Hello!
Introducing myself: 47 y.o., 175lbs, 14% BF been working out diligently for the past 4 years.
I used to be 200lbs and 30% BF
I pay attention to my macros and am looking generally to increase my LBM and try to stay healthy.
At the moment all my workouts went to hell as I just got in February left shoulder surgery and am 1 month away from my right...
In just a month my BF increased 4% :(
Anyhow, hello to all!

yeah well my shoulder issues are due to adhesive capsulitis (rare in men) bilateral (rare in men and women.... lucky me...)
Furthermore I have a little arthritis so they removed a sliver of bone too...
Hopefully things will be better now

welcome champ, just don't give up on your training no matter what. Injuries are one of the most disheartening things but its important to remember your goals and push past
