Meal plan for this week

Not sure if this is the right place for this, apologize if it isn't.

Here is my meal plan for this week being 9 weeks out from show. Looking for some advice, feedback, etc. from some of the more knowledgeable nutrition experts here.

meal 1
8oz steak
1 cup oatmeal

meal 2
8oz chicken
1 cup rice
1 cup green veggies

meal 3
protein shake 50 gms protein
1 tbls peanut butter

meal 4
8 oz chicken
2 cups green veggies

meal 5
80z turkey
2 cups green vegies

meal 6
protein shake 50gms protein
1 tbsp peanutbutter

That's it for this week, I'll make adjustments as I go. There is no fish in there because I can't stand the taste of fish.

So hows this look and what would you change?

i like it but i would drop one shake out for now and the other as you get closer to the finish line and add in 8oz of protein in place of the shakes

Some of you know Kevin Jordan (NPC competitor) soon to be pro, well he's working with me on this and we'll make changes weekly accordingly.

I'd throw in a sweet potato in meal 5 for a few weeks and then when you need to drop some carb reduce the rice.
Also what kind of shakes?

Looks good. Similar to mine a few years back but I had some fish. I love fish
