Meal advice for AZ heat

Hey guys what do u guts suggest I eat for 3 meals in this AZ heat cuz im buening alor of cals on a lean bulk

Im supprised nobody has chimed in im just looking for some options because I work in the heat all day and burning huge amount of cals I was thinking pb sandwich, turkey,and a banana oats and protein shake.
