Thanks man, good to be here.

Pull day. Will need to adjust this setup as it is to easy. May end up going back to my orginal setup as i was growing nicely with that.

BB curls -115/8
I curls 25/8
B/O rows 275/4 - strength lift
One arm row 90/12 to easy
Wide grip cable rows 200/8
Cable rows burn out 50/50x2

Weight 209lbs way ahead of my goal. Lets hope this keeps.

Legs tuesday. Went back to my original set up last weeks wasnt hard enough.

Back squat 405/4
Fsquat 225/8
Sldl 135/15
Leg press FST7

Been awhile since I lasted posted. Things are going well. Last few lifts have been good. Today is legs ill either post up later tonight or tomorrow how it went.

Well i dont know what else to do for legs, they just wont get sore. Ive done heavy days, volume days and everything in between and they just dont get sore. Ill post up heaviest set/reps and number of sets per lift

Fquats 275/4 - 7 sets
back squats 225/15 - 5 sets
sldl 155/10 - 4 sets
leg press 360/40 - i think i did 5 sets but i just went until i could barely lift the weight anymore.

Push day on thursday went well. Using DBs now instead of BBs and Im feeling it more.

Pull day - always start with biceps, all curls are with fat grips
I curls - 25/10
BB Curls - bar/12
Sypder curls - 25/10
BO Rows - 225/12
Rack Pulls 195/20 -
One Arm BB rows - 95/15

Doing the 100 reps set up again. With the holidays and everything it was the easiest to do and still get to the gym.

chest yesterday numbers were all right

DB Flat press - 100/10
I DB Press - 80/10
Flies - 40/12
Tri pds 210/10
Rdelt superset w/ face pulls - 20/15, 70/12

weighed in today a 210lbs. 210 is my heaviest mark yet so hoping it'll hold.

Repulled the back but its pretty much back to normal now already. No legs this week

Shoulder/tris on tuesday.
OH seated press 185lbs/8
Front raises 55lbs/8
Rdelt circuit- incline rdelt flies, face pulls, BO rdelt - failure x3
Tri pds 210/8
Kick backs 15/12

Thursday chest
DB press 110/6
I flies 50/10
I press 135/12 slow count full ROM
Hammer press burn out
