Well i dont know what else to do for legs, they just wont get sore. Ive done heavy days, volume days and everything in between and they just dont get sore. Ill post up heaviest set/reps and number of sets per lift
Fquats 275/4 - 7 sets
back squats 225/15 - 5 sets
sldl 155/10 - 4 sets
leg press 360/40 - i think i did 5 sets but i just went until i could barely lift the weight anymore.
