I've been getting my Tadalafil from aipctshop.com for the past few years. Never had any issues. Customer service is great, too, if needed. One time they did a substitution due to stock issues, but they gave me a more expensive product. Haven't used ADC in quite some time, but Reliable is where I get my hCG. I haven't seen Corion in stock for years but have been using ZyHCG to good effect. TMI.

Of course, this is not liquid Cialis/Tadalafil, though, which was your original ask.

Amino Asylum has liquid. They came out of the gate burning hot when they first set up and then have had some ups and downs the past few years. Just started their T3, and it definitely works. Kluso can attest as well. Can't imagine them dicking up a popular product, so you'd probably be safe with this one.
