Sounds like a good approach, all the best. I'm sure you will have a great journey !!Workouts are going great and diet is coming together. I have been packing my cooler daily. No sugar, lots of water, plenty of protein. I will try to count calories soon and post what my intake is.
That will come from the diet and cardio, if you can get your bodyfat down into single digits they should start to show.That is awesome Heady Muscle.
I had a guy at the gym tell me I was looking awesome. No gayness there...lol... he was a pretty big dude himself. I feel I need to get leaner (abs still not showing) and need to get my legs bigger. I still have 5 months left so still time for change. Today is back and shoulder day along with cardio.....of course.
