I finished the month of January at 94.9kg.
I reached my goal but felt really really tired & run down.
I took the full weekend off training, slept 11 hours both Friday & Saturday nights & had a full break from my diet to restore glycogen & leptin levels.
Felt awesome when I woke up this morning. Full of energy.
Didn't do yoga this morning, got an extra 90 minutes sleep & smashed the training in the afternoon
