paused deadlifts

no grip so did some back attack
4 x 10 with band on

upper back rep work
band pull apparts

You only got thru 2 sets at 385? Kinda surprised a little. Not dissapointed but thought you might have had more like 400 on there.

Anything going on? Feel ok?

Hammstrings were still a bit sore from squats on saturday and was working off a few hours of sleep, stressfull work week. i hate makeing excuses but thats the only thing i could think of

Ok just making sure we don't need to deload a lift on you. Use your 15x2 day this week as a deload. Stay light and just knock em out in like 15 minutes

Wednesdays training
after a long day at work got to the gym about 8:30 at night had to compress everything in to an hour and a half span

bench heavy triple
bar x 10
95 x 10
135 x 6
185 x 5
225 x 3
255 x 3
275 x 2 (missed the 3rd rep)
im happy with that because this was my oppenenr last meet and i hit this after a long day with no food or deload

back off
245 x 3 x 3
all of these moved clean bench was feeling good

SSB 5 sec paused squat beltless (idk how much the SSB weights)
135 x 3
155 x 3
165 x 3

back off
145 x 3 x 3

didnt get to the last lift floor press. gym was clossing so i will tack that on today after my squats and what not.

Done.

sorry for not posting as frequently works been nuts but have been still getting all my training in

Monday night training session

deadlift max effort triple
135 x 5
225 x 3
275 x 3
315 x 3
365 x 3
405 x 3
445 x 3 (PR)

incline bench press 5 x 5
185 5 x 5

all reps moved quick and clean

supper setted lat pull down and back attack 4 or 5 sets total each

120 x 10 on lat pulldown

band and 2 plates on the back attack x 10

Done.

Wednesday

bench 15 x 2 (these were faft maybe 15 - 20 sec rest between sets)
bar x 10
135 x 6
185 x 5
225 x 15 x 2

5 second paused squats with the SSB
top set 185 x 3
back off 165 x 3 x 3

floor press with football bar
top set 185 x 7
rep drop 185 x 4 x 5

finished up with
tricep extetions x 100 reps
face pulls 4 x 20reps

done.

Thursday
squat dufflow bar
275 x 5 x 5
focused on keeping the chest up and making my squat one motion

sumo block pulls beltless
365 x 3 x 1

was fried so finished up with more back
lat pull downs 130 x 5 x 10

done.

worked up to 365 and got these done quick 15- 20 seconds rest between sets
thought i was going to die

2 board bench press 5x5

135 x 5

255 x 3 x 5 (moved fast so jumped up)
275 x 2 x 5

deficit deadlift (beltless)
135 x 5
225 x 5
275 x 5
315 x 5
275 x 3 x 5 (back off)

lat pull down
130 x 3 x 10

Tuesday Night
i had to cut this session sort because i had to go back in the office at 7:30pm and work all night still at work now and its 9:40am

Bench press 5x5 with comp pause
135 x 5
185 x 5
225 x 5
235 x 5 x 5

SSB Box Squat
135 x 3
185 x 3
225 x 3

back off 185 x 2 x 3

3 quick sets of lat pulldowns
130 x 3 x 10

done.
