4/24, Legs and Cardio
Woke up feeling well and ready to train again. Boss got hooked up with a sweet deal with a big player bb coach out of Denver, so more big things poppin on the horizon.
Morning Cardio, 20 minutes, 1:1 intervals, sprint for a minute, steady pace for a minute.
Squats, bar x 5, 135x5, 155x3, 185x5
Front Squats, 3x5, 95/105/115
Standing Hamstring Curls, one leg at a time, 3x12, 40 lbs.
Leg Extensions, 3x10, 110, 120, 120 lbs
Seated Hamstring Curls, 3x12, 90 lbs.
Transferring over to a heavy hamstring day (today), light quad day; Heavy Quad Day, light hamstring day, on Thursday or Friday.
