damn that sucks about the flu. i am hoping to skip any warm weather bugs this year.... i hate the damn things :(

Yeah, was effed up! Been so busy at work, but at least there is a chance in hell I can make as much as people working at McDonald's sometime soon. Did the 20 minutes of bike riding yesterday, going out to do 20 more in a minute. When I say cardio for last week, I mean that I sat on the bike and the pedals went around, but I wasn't breaking any records, lol....

4/24, Legs and Cardio
Woke up feeling well and ready to train again. Boss got hooked up with a sweet deal with a big player bb coach out of Denver, so more big things poppin on the horizon.
Morning Cardio, 20 minutes, 1:1 intervals, sprint for a minute, steady pace for a minute.

Squats, bar x 5, 135x5, 155x3, 185x5
Front Squats, 3x5, 95/105/115
Standing Hamstring Curls, one leg at a time, 3x12, 40 lbs.
Leg Extensions, 3x10, 110, 120, 120 lbs
Seated Hamstring Curls, 3x12, 90 lbs.

Transferring over to a heavy hamstring day (today), light quad day; Heavy Quad Day, light hamstring day, on Thursday or Friday.

Incline BB Press, bar x 8, 55x10, 65x10
BB Rack Press, bar x 5, 55x5, 70x5, 85x3; 105x5, 120x3, 135x1.
Hammer Strength Seated Shoulder Press, Plate Loaded, 25 a side x 10, 30 a side x 10, 35 a side x 1o.
Seated Triceps Pressdowns, 4x10, 100/110/120/130
Seated BD Press, 3x10, 30/35/40
Triceps Pressdowns with Straight Bar, 3x12, 90/100/110

20 min. cardio this morning on bike, inverted ramp intervals.
DLs, 135x5, 225x3, 275x3, 315x1, 365x0, 355x0. Hmph. Didn't eat enough or take all my normal pre-wo stuff before DLs, but no matter. Will try again next week.
Seated EZ bar Rows, 3x10, 100/110/120
Assisted Pull-ups, 3 sets of 6
Chest-Supported T Bar Rows, 45 lb plate, 3x10
Rev Pec Dec, 3x10, 50 lbs.

40 minutes bike ride this morning, 30 min. on Pike's Peak program, 10 min. level 2.

Flat BB Bench, barx8, 95x8, 105x8, 115x6, 125x4, 135x2, 145x2, 155x2.
Standing Straight Bar Curls, 3x10, 55/65/65
Standing Cable Rope Curls, 3x10, 60/70/70
Seated Vertical Chest Press, 3x10, 60/70/80
Nautilus Double Crunch Machine, 3x15, 50/60/70
PRECOR Ab Crunches, 3x25 with 30 seconds rest between sets.

4/30, Shoulders and Triceps

Incline BB Bench, bar x 8, 65x8 - two sets

OHP from the Rack with Oly Bar
bar x 5, 60x5, 75x5, 90x3; 95x5, 110x5, 125x5.

BW Dips, two sets of 8, assisted dips, 50 lbs assist, two sets of 8.

Pull-ups, 3x8, pullup/chinup/neutral grip.

Rack presses looked fun... How far do you set the pins above your chest?

Sowwee, bad phrasing. It was actually Push Presses from the rack, POB. Was in a hurry to get it posted. Pullups are assisted BTW, I'm working up to straight up pullups.
