Joint pain

Any one have any tips on dealing with joint pain? elbow and wrist?

What type of training do you do? PL? BB? Crossfit lol? When my wrists are bothering me I stick to neutral grip exercises like hammer curls. When my elbows are bothering me I do a lot of rope pushdowns with very light weight to lube them up. A little Deca doesn't hurt. My fiance likes KT tape.

I know a number of powerlifters that have had great results with PABA. There can be toxicity issues at high doses but 2,000mg per day should yield pretty good results ~ especially for the older/experienced lifter.

I would look into Cissus as well. Helps somewhat.

Yes, SHINE is right on. I noticed a big difference when I started taking Cissus.
Also glucosamine and fish oil help.

Orange Triad does wonders.. u can also try some liquid glutamine & chondroitin, and liquid hyaluronic acid

it turned out to be a torn tendon in my elbow WTF!!!! talk about a set back :(

I deal with elbow pain daily. I take all the sups plus a couple NSAIDs and use elbow sleeves. I just learned to back off when I need to. I can tell by my workout if I'm going to pay for it that night...
