I was actually considering taking down my lift session times down a notch, but I like the look of these programs. Great strength training right there. Just the rest time between sets will really eat up the clock.

Short breaks except on squats. But this is about a 2 hour workout but only 3 days a week

I thought I felt my ears burning! Holy shit bro, do NOT write down how many lifts we are doing, I told you my ass is going mentally catatonic so I don't know but I'm going to try and be a little more aware so as not to repeat that extra two sets of bench like an idiot last night.

Great numbers, seriously huge squats JB I'm stoked for you!!! Let's kill this shit!!!

This will be so much better than flood and destroy. It will give us pure strength bro! I am stoked for this program and I know we will see some serious gains from this program.

I flew though the Db flys. At this point I have killed myself. I had to skip the good mornings, sorry Halo I rann out of time. Needless to say I better see some big gains at the end of this program. Because I thought I was seeing a bright like at one point I was so exhausted.

Listen here evil JB, you did this to us and I'm sitting here just ate a handful of advil like they were fucking skittles and I've been trying to make myself go to the gym for hours. Wife made me a bowl of soup and now I read this. Damn... OK I'm on the road there in a half hour let this food start getting down before I have to throw it up.

Great work by the way!!! Damn.....

Nsaids work better Halo. Just watch out that you don't develop heart burn from taking to many.

And good work JB. Never thought of using chains on floor press. I may do that for my pin presses.

BI I like the floor presses with chains. Nasty fuckers that they are. I can't take Advil too often cause it does give me heart burn. I couldn't stop laughing after I left the message. People probably thought I was crazy laughing at myself....

lol i would start it tomorrow but i dont want there to be anything in the way when i start. plus i get to do the "fun" week of 5/3/1 this week lol.

I think it's a good idea to start with a clear path in front of you too. The days off are so necessary. I was saying I'm not sure if it's the quantity of reps or the heavier weight combined with the large number of reps or the bizarre combo of body parts and hitting them twice in a workout, things I've never done before. I think it could or is a combination of all of them to make me feel like someone is trying to beat me down daily.
