Holy shit I'm suffering at it big time too earl too long and it's been far too neglected not to cost me a shit load of stress and grinding type work. Then I got punished with a fat migrain in an important meeting.

I'll get to tell you if a monolift makes a huge difference when squatting for heavy singles. My new gym has one and they're getting a second.

Man I am not a jealous bitch until now!!! Thanks bi. That's awesome. How much of a difference did it make? Did u feel like u could of just added weights on the bar?

I didn't use it yet b/c I was doing sets of 5. I'll try it out in 2 weeks when I do my singles. I figure I'll use the squat rack for all my higher rep weeks and the monolift for my singles weeks. That way I don't get dependent on it.

This work out is as grueling as I have ever done. Working hard on deads today by leaving straps in the car. so all lifts were done with my grip only. tried the hook grip today and it does take a little getting use to. Woke up this morning still sore as shit from sundays workout.

Actually very difficult... When I plugged all my 1RM's I took 2 things into account. 1. no straps and chalk and 2. the volume was gonna kill me. lol!!! I just plugged away and pulled. I wasnt too worried about the volume but The incline bench. I am still sore and stiff from sundays workout. This has to be the hardest program I have ever messed with. I will probably adjust all my numbers up once I get through when I figure things out.
