Ok I went crazy today with chains, bands and everything else. I am sore as hell now. So ove the weekend I made a decision to enter into the Baltimore Power lifting meet in May. Have no Idea what is the best way to prepare so any TID members who want to put there opinion in as far as preperation and stuff please do. Flat, Hawk and Halo I owe you a lot of appreciation for all the help the last year +. So now it is time to prep. Looking to hit close to 500 bench, 670+ squat and 550+ pull. All raw of course. My concentration will be in Bench and deads the next months ahead. Currently sitting at 272 and 6’
