Called it a day. Not sure on the knee, but ice and more ice today. Next week is the deload. Just have to concentrate on maxing out OHP and Deads as much as I can.
II right below my knee cap. It's been off and on for a while. Pisses me off. Thinking about the doctors. If for nothing else just to get a check up
