Knee wasn’t up to too much more.

Seated calf raises

Seated DB Curls
4 * 10 @ 45

Called it a day. Not sure on the knee, but ice and more ice today. Next week is the deload. Just have to concentrate on maxing out OHP and Deads as much as I can.

II right below my knee cap. It's been off and on for a while. Pisses me off. Thinking about the doctors. If for nothing else just to get a check up

could be a distal patellar ligament strain or tear! those take a bit of time to heal but if you go easy on them usually you can continue working. make sure you support the patella during lifts and it will help.

JB, listen to ATW...shit, you don't want to end up like me (on the shelf). Hell, I am about 6 weeks post off from my surgery and I have long way to go and IT SUCKS!!!! Lol.

Hawk I can see you looking at a bench dreaming like in your avatar. LOL that is classic with your situation bro. I am gonna wrap my knees a little tighter and stick with 3 plates and under. The good news is that Next week I go into the last week of my phase so that = deload my brother. The thing that really sucks is my squat has always been a more narrow stance until the last 2 months. I have slowly widened my stance.

I will bounce back my brother as will you. You always have my attention when you speak, you are a well respected brother. Look me up on Halo's FB.
