you understand that is googling, with a single result. might be wrong, might be right.

do you use the gear expert expansion pack (I don't know what its really called.)

I just know when I took a deep dive into those specific peptides for my shoulder that was the consensus that made the most sense to me logically.

I just had chat condense the info so I can screenshot shot it...

So for me personally I take in account that peptides speed up the process of ligament healing which take up to six months on it's own to heal... there for it needs to be ran for six months which simulates the bodys natural regenerative process.

But that's just my take on it....
