very strong lifts as well. how many pullups do you get until you fail? ballparkish figure :D

if i do kips in there 60+ but around 40-50 until my hands give out...gotta get back on the grips i bought that RR turned me onto

i hate leg day as well. but dang, a 5 mile run before hand!! you the man! it is all i can do to get maybe a mile in :D

i did have an hour before i ran home--since i just helped with the daughters workout

I love running thru the hood!! i see a bunch of friends and the traffic is not bad and all sidewalks

In AZ i run the "water ways"

plyometrics(plyos) --she's on soccer n volleyball teams.....she didnt want to play softball
plus i keep her on her toes with krav maga
she is awesome at krav and samba--ive taught her for 15yrs ...most peeps dont want to mess with her at 5'9" 145lb with abs and guns...lol she's my bodyguard lol
