Well thought I would post my workout from last night...nothing big just a night to see what i can do off the aas....still on TRT and GH

before shower when i get home 80 incline push ups
thats it---sore today after not hitting it hard for 3 mths (as most people know I always do some kind of Resistance band workout when not in the gym along with alot of plyometric drills)
