Well thought I would post my workout from last night...nothing big just a night to see what i can do off the aas....still on TRT and GH

raw:

done ---drive home = rest time

before shower when i get home 80 incline push ups

thats it---sore today after not hitting it hard for 3 mths (as most people know I always do some kind of Resistance band workout when not in the gym along with alot of plyometric drills)

^^^ thanks...its going well now ..about to get back to as close to norm as poss...going to the gym is just away to kick some of the stress off my back...on a side note ...boy am i sore!-

glad to hear that things are pretty much back to normal. the gym is a great place to relieve stress!

Nothing like reading someones log that shows their bench warm up weight is where I leave off for the day to inspire lol... Thanks for posting bro! Now I've got some work to do!

do some blockwork ^^^^..u will be over 300 in no time...more people need to focus on the middle of the movement...try some 21's (as in like bicep work) do that with ur bench...most peeps strength is only in the push off

21's are a son of a bitch but helped me in all my lifts. My wrists will never feel the same after them!!

21's are when you do seven reps bottom ROM 7 reps top ROM 7 reps full ROM correct?
