Hello everyone. Im JC3. Ive been around the boards for a while and was a non posting member here for a bit. Im going to change that and start posting. This seems like a good place full of honest bros. Its getting pretty hard out there to find places like this.
About me..
Im about to be 38 in a couple months. Ive been training since before I could drive. Ive been a lot of different shapes and sizes, depending on if I was trying to pl, get bigger, or was just plain lazy. Lately Ive slimmed down and am working more towards functional strength and athleticism. I am down from the high 260s to 270 and am
currently around 225 at 6'. I have multiple rotator injuries and a bad back that Ive been working around but still overall happy with how things are going.
I will do my best to help where possible. Thanks for taking the time.
My pics are about a month old. My head is up.my ass if anyone is wondering....my wife says i keep it there. And my left arm has been photoshopped tp remove identifiers. Im not a bber or a pler anymore, just a guy who like to do his best looking and feeling good.
