Hey everyone. I have read a little bit on the 3/2/1 wave, but I can't really find much on it though.

I first found out about it from a member on Dangerously Hardcore, and he sent me a link to it at Testosterone Nation.

Its supposed to be real good for strength gains.

But I have a bunch of questions, and I'm not sure where to look.

What percentages should you use ?

How long can you run the program ?

When should you de load ?

How many waves should you do per workout ?

Thanks everyone !

sorry but not familiar with it. You sure it's not the 5,3,1 by Wendler?

I searched some more and messaged a member on youtube that has a video of him doing deadlifts with the 3/2/1 wave.

Its called Wave Loading.

3/2/1 is just a variation you can use. You can use a lot of different ones.

I think I'm gonna try it out. Hopefully I get good results.

I haven't heard about this one. I am curious though. I'll prolly try this when the new year starts and let you know how it goes.

You need to try a program for more than a few weeks if you want to see if it actually works. Give it more like 4 or more months to see if you notice progress/gains with it.

Thanks. I think I'm gonna try it out this week on bench day. We'll see how it goes.
