Hey guys about three weeks ago I was trying to climb into the passenger side of my car (someone blocked the drivers side) at 5:30 in the morning before work. I wasn't paying attention and didn't notice the ice under the snow and slipped on my back/left shoulder. Since then the pain has mostly gone away but my shoulder and arm kill when I try to do bench or tricep work. I can still do shoulders oddly enough. Anyone had an injury like this?
