Hey everyone my name is Craig. I was an avid lifter and non competitive bodybuilder for years. However as it goes I met a girl started a career had a family and really fell away from training. I'm 34 now and weigh 270 and not a good 270 BTW. I really am trying to find my training rythm again but it's a struggle. I'm looking at getting into the 220's by this summer and putting some more muscle on my frame. Oh and to make matters worse I was diagnosed with a palactinoma which is a tumor on my pituitary gland. So my testosterone is super low and taking trt will make the tumor grow. So until the palactinoma is treated I am probably able to compete in a figure contest. Haha

I would get to the gym and start training right away, I also think it will help your palactinoma as well.

I'm taking medication to shrink it. I get rechecked in April. When it was discovered in October my palactin levels were over 2000 in December they had dropped to 400 which is good but still not there. So hopefully it's better by then. Thanks for the welcome.
