I do know a thing or two, but I don't consider myself an expert by any means. Most of the progress I've made was natural and didn't feel that I really hit my genetic potential before I started gear. I had to go on TRT so figured, what the hell? I'll just do it up right!

I have aquired a lot of knowledge along the way though and somehow I end up retaining about 98% of everything I read. Hopefully some of it can be useful to someone other than myself.
