read a lot of good reviews and my brother=in=law said it was a good product.

Its effective for fat loss................................... When stacked with ephedrine. Just going by the label. I had used hydroxycut hardcore for about a year straight just before the last recall. 2008 or 2009 maybe? I liked the energy from the caffeine really that was about it.

Slow and steady. But that was because of how I was eating, not because of the hydroxycut. Anything that helps you "lose weight quick" rarely works, and when it does it probably has some nasty side effects or has results that are fleeting. How's the diet lookin?

56mgs of yohimbe = 1-2mg of actual yohimbine, that and 270mg of caffeine it should be decent.
