chain snatchers suck !Well, the extra set of chains is gone at my gym. I'm guessing someone left it and then came back and took it. I'll pick up another set in a week or so. Very happy with this last block as today I pulled 480x2 and it felt good, not a grinder. I have to reset b/c of my trip and that's ok. It'll be good work work back up.
I also came to the conclusion that I get more from paused squats than from box squats so I'll sub different bars for it, ie. SSB and Duffalo bar. Just like how I do the same think for GM's.
I was pretty cooked after pulls so I scaled everything back which is to be expected as we're like in month 5-6 in this macrocycle so it's time to reset.
