Well, the extra set of chains is gone at my gym. I'm guessing someone left it and then came back and took it. I'll pick up another set in a week or so. Very happy with this last block as today I pulled 480x2 and it felt good, not a grinder. I have to reset b/c of my trip and that's ok. It'll be good work work back up.
I also came to the conclusion that I get more from paused squats than from box squats so I'll sub different bars for it, ie. SSB and Duffalo bar. Just like how I do the same think for GM's.
I was pretty cooked after pulls so I scaled everything back which is to be expected as we're like in month 5-6 in this macrocycle so it's time to reset.
