I am going to start my training log here. I have trained for many years and have kept all the info in a binder. I am not going to go through it all and post stuff from the past here I am just going to go forward. I am a full power lifter. And I have been doing some oly lifting as acc work and have really gotten to a point where I enjoy it and will probably do a oly meet some time this coming winter. I will keep you posted on the progress.
