Not as much as it was, I still bring the weight pretty low but I found the best position for me Raw is just below my chest but not at the sternum like it was, I still have an arch you could stick your arm under but there's not room for a foam roller under it. Most of the change was really for the health of my shoulders and being able to continue to progress without quite as much stress on my body.Why did you lose the arch? No more belly benching?
