How to get a good peak on your biceps

Not to hijack this thread, or start an argument, but that's what I'm saying.

no argument at all bro..i aske the question...Ive been thinking about trying igf just for that purpose...i do know site injections do work with anabolics...mostly for adding peaks ..there is a post up now called do site injections work...I would like to have your views useing igf for growth....deadweight

^^^^^ From the looks of it DW i dont think you need to be injecting more into your arms.

You could inject IGF into your arms but your not going to see a huge difference, sure it helps and has its place but if your expecting huge results your going to be dissapointed.

not at all..i understand its not going to be extream gains ..i would like to test it out compared to anabolics...and maybe flip flop the both ..dw
