how to change from arimedx to nolvadex

All my friend has is 40 mg nolva capsules. Does one every three days sound about right (then up it if he starts getting itchy nips, etc)

Every two days if he is having gyno issues or is prone. This is not ideal though. Aromasin would be.

He's in his 40s, and had to get gyno surgery for a dose 1/4 that.

That puts things in perspective. Like I said, everyone is different.

When you say you never need an AI at low dose what does that really mean?
Does it mean you didnt feel any sides or your blood work showed your estrogen to be in normal range?

Good clarifying question. I've exhibited no noticeable sides while on a lower dose of Test and so therefore I've never had bloodwork done until post cycle. The gentleman we are talking about with his history obviously an AI is in order.
