I see a lot of discussion on squatting so I thought it would be a good idea to post EliteFTS's Squat Tutorial so here ya go:

You can tell the quality of a squatter by the size of their head relative the size of their arms.

Wenning's head = 2x his arms = I saw him MANHANDLE 1196 last year

My head = only a few inches bigger than my arms = stuck in the upper 900's like a chump.....

And Wenning is a monster! If someone like Wenning wanted to critique my squat....or lack there of, umm....I think he would have my attention. LOL.

This video is part of the reason my squat went from a max of 365 to well over 400 in a month. The squat is easily the most technical lift. And the more weight you pile on, the more technical things get. Then throw in a squat suit and its off the charts.

Don't think you'll ever see me in a suit but I'll probably put on a pair of briefs later on at some point.
