Chest back abs shoulders biceps triceps legs.......per week

I usually do the following every week:

Chest, Bi's, light tri's, cardio,
cardio
Shoulders, abs, cardio
cardio
Back, tri's, light bi's, cardio
cardio

Start over. I don't do legs because I work on an oil rig and climb steps all day long.

I train each muscle once a week.
Mon: Chest/Tri
Tue: Shoulders/Abs
Wed: Rest
Thurs: Legs
Fri: Back/Bi
Sat & Sun: Rest
This gives each muscle time to relax, recover & repair.

If you look train, cardio, train, cardio, train, cardio I rest my muscles between training days to recoup.

if your looking to grow less is best...each muscle group shouldnt be trained no more then 2 times per week..and that is pushng it....it really depends on how quick the muscle heals...u really have to learn to feel it out and learn how your body reponds ... the main secret to growing is REST without a douth...dw
