Just about every week my DOMS from mondays leg workout lingers in my upper/inner ham/glute. The rest of my legs heal normally and I dont really have this problem with other body parts, regardless this making walking the rest of the week miserable.

Heavy squats can sometimes last 5-6 days for me and smaller muscles like triceps usually 2-3 days. The 2nd day is always the worst after squats!

3 days with day two being the worst. By day four I can warm up any leftover tightness and it's gone for good..

About 2-3 days for everywhere except legs. Legs is 5-7 days for me, but I'm on them all day at work and they never really get a break unless I'm sleeping so I've just chalked it up as normal

Like others have said, the second day is always the worst, especially after legs and calves; I hate it! rt...

If I'm eating right, taking my epsom salt baths, mobility, stretching, etc... I don't get DOMs.

If you're getting sore for 6 days after sprints you're doing them comepltely wrong. You need to change your entire interval training method... distance, duration, frequency, intensity, etc. It's ALL wrong.

Beating yourself up to that extent doesn't improve anything. It actually has you going backwards instead.

I don't get a lot of it either. Maybe because I'm doing something right, maybe because I'm a pussy and not lifting heavy enough. Either way I do well with lower volume and more frequency (E.g. 5X5 or DC) and I don't get a lot of DOMS from it.
