i like to adds oats to my morning shake.i stay hungry from the time i wake up until after lunch so i take in all i can. ive added just about everything to plain whey b/f

I love making my own weight gainer. Tastes much better than actual weight gainers.

2 scoops of ISO HD + 1 bananas + peanut butter + cups of oats and whole milk

I drink the cheapest energy drink I can get. and I drink those with sugar. because without sugar is much more unhealthy with artificial sweetener.
Weight gainer enough.

oh, Lassi sometimes. yoghurt with water mix it with fruits. but now i eat always my yougurts before i can mix them.

I am so poor man
