Admin, you probably remember the debate GS and I had on oral dosage and timing, and that resulted in my experiment with high-dose var on workout days only. I ran 180mgs var 2 hours preworkout on workout days only (EOD). The strength gains were noticeable, but it was the pump and vascularity that were ridiculous and impressive. I had no sides for the 6 weeks that I ran it like this. I would guess that the leaning out effects that people notice on var would be negated slightly by this protocol, but I have to say for me, the workout benefits I got vs. side effects are worth it if you are running it for strength/mass/power purposes.
