Hey I am Ryan, 29 from Montreal.

Have been lifting for about 10 years never to get massive just to stay in shape. Started at 5"7 250 lbs roughly and currently am 168 lbs and bodyfat is at about 10% give or take.

I have spent the last 3 months cycling on an off of a Keto diet and doing more cardio than lifting (running 5 times a week and lifting full body only 2).

I won a contest on bb.com years ago under Ryan Schwartz, so there may be some photos there.
