Oh yeah my dad still stays in shape, he doesn't want to get back in competing though, he's been there done that from his point of view. Still loves the sport though, he's younger brother who is 49 this year competed at british last year and eventually lost out to Zak Kahn.

so it definitely runs in the family, the youngest of the brothers is currently kicking off his mma career so took a different route but still a big guy..

Oh yeah Ian Harrison, very good mate of my dads, lives in the states now, owns his gym won overall year before my dad did, nice guy big physique too!
