I'm going to try and focus a lot more on legs this year. I've been having pain in what seems like my femors. Like body aches and I just don't know what is going on. Chest is always a weakness for me so I need to figure something out there as well. I'll definitely try and get some progress in before summer. I'd like to be 220 by summer. Not nearly as strong you you macgyver. :) Plus 3 damaged discs don't help me any either on anything below the waist. I'd love to do heavier deadlifts but I can't which sucks big time. Even if i do heavy shrugs I can feel my discs stressed out for days. I'm gonna say I'm an optimistic 12%.
