Help with Nolva conversion

Today was my 4 separate batch of Nolva at 20mg/ml. Actually this last batch was maybe underdosed. Issue I keep coming across is severe crystalization. The crystalization is so bad that it takes a lot of heat to alleviate the concern but its hard to add heat since I have solution in a 120ml bottle with a dropper to cap it off so when applying heat, the top of the dropper expands.

I have made solution with straight 190 proof alcohol, 190proof alcohol and peg600 and no heat, 190proof alcohol and peg600 and heat after and today I even melted nolva in oven before adding Peg600 and 190proof alcohol.

I plan to order a larger batch of Nolva next month from another supplier, maybe make one batch of just caps and another batch of liquids.

Do you guys think adding Benzl Benzoate may help as well as mixing solution in a large beaker before transferring to a 60ml or 120ml amber bottle?

I use Ora Plus add a mint flavor and sweetener non of that alcohol and peg as it don't taste as bad or burn a hole in your tong.

Never even heard of Ora Plus but planning on doing some further research. Peg600 and Grain Alcohol Nolva suspension is just not working for me.
