Help with bulking diet plan

    Recently i've found this website and it was amazing how much information you can find on here i wish i've bumped into this site years ago..At the moment i am trying to bulk up,but i could not come up with a good meal plan for my journey.At the moment i weigh 166 lbs i am 5.8 and 26 years of age .I am trying to get as much muscle as i can for next year February and so on..If anyone can help me i am grately thankful !

    .I hope this part of the forum is still alive haha :D

    You need to start by calculating your TDEE. Then eat over that amount. It's pretty much that simple. Calories can be split many ways I prefer about 25 % protein 55% carbs and the rest fats.
