i am not new to the community by any means. i see a lot of familiar names running around here. hopefully i can contribute to this already great board you got here

i guess i should also add in their that i have been a competitive bodybuilder for going on 14 years. hoping to make the plunge into the national scene in 2012. q'd a few times but work and fundage never allowed it until now.
