I been at this iron game for over 30 years. Had major back surgery over 10 years ago and my days of doing legs were over. But still get in the gym 4 to 5 days a week and hit it as hard as possible. Started my last cycle 3 weeks ago, 800 test 3, deca 600mg a week, 40 mg of tbol per day, 150 proviron per day and 2 iu's of gh daily. Started at 248 and now 265. Shirts are getting way to tight.
