I been at this iron game for over 30 years. Had major back surgery over 10 years ago and my days of doing legs were over. But still get in the gym 4 to 5 days a week and hit it as hard as possible. Started my last cycle 3 weeks ago, 800 test 3, deca 600mg a week, 40 mg of tbol per day, 150 proviron per day and 2 iu's of gh daily. Started at 248 and now 265. Shirts are getting way to tight.

Guys thanks for the welcome. The one thing that I give credit for this cycle is a lot of red meat and quality gear. I don't eat a lot of carbs due to being type 2 diabetic but I eat pounds of meat each day. When I switched from chicken and turkey to red meat, I saw a huge change. I still eat chicken and turkey but a 12 oz steak for supper and 1/2 pound of lean steak burgers a couple of time a day adds up.
