Hi all I'm new, and looking for help with my lifting technique. I've been doing strong lifts for probably 6 months and need to correct my squat form. I'm having trouble with diet too so I hope this is a way to hold me accountable. I'm 32 and happily married with a two year old. I also want to see what people think of my routine. I feel quite lost and hope someone can help!
