Hi all I'm new, and looking for help with my lifting technique. I've been doing strong lifts for probably 6 months and need to correct my squat form. I'm having trouble with diet too so I hope this is a way to hold me accountable. I'm 32 and happily married with a two year old. I also want to see what people think of my routine. I feel quite lost and hope someone can help!

Well lots of vets here who can help you with your squat form. My problem is my low back injury. I tend to lean forward when the weight gets up there for me. So lately, I've been imagining my face is right in front of an invisible wall and and I go down I try not to touch it. This keeps more aware of my form my weight more towards my heels. When I squat it's like Do I even lift bro.

Welcome mg. Ideal would be if you can post vids of you. If not possible, then describe why you're asking. Weak part of the squat, pain, something else?
