Hi everyone! I've just joined this forum after seeing a link on twitter to one of the fabulous ladies' training log. I was really impressed with the level of tracking and figured this must be the place to be! I am pretty new to this, I've been lifting for about 9 months now, and am always looking for sites online to keep me motivated and educated. I love following inspirational women on FB, twitter, etc as it keeps me constantly surrounded by great information and positive attitudes! I've made big changes so far in my physique, but still I feel I'm about halfway there. I love lifting, I hate running (but of course I do it anyway to lean out)
Anyway, not sure what else to say here, but I will fill out more profile info soon so I don't look like a creeper! LOL
