First of all it is good to be here.
I am in my mid thirties, been an athlete my entire life, and have done all kinds of things in the gym good and bad.
I have been powerlifting about a year and a half now (on and off with a bodybuilding stint in there) but have recently decided that it is something I want to do for the long term. I kicked it up the past 12 weeks and with the help of a lot of vets and a great coach I will lift in my first meet shortly. I am psyched to finally get on the board. I compete at 242 and am hoping to hit at least a 1450 total some time in the next year.
That is all. I am here to learn but also be an asset to this board in due time.
