Well I'm old school in the old days you did for couple weeks after your cycle, now a days from the research I have gathered that if using test products 4 weeks in I plan on a 12 week cycle 250iu m th. From what i have read it can desensitize the FSH and the LSH and can produce permanent shutdown dosage I hear you can do 250-500. IMO I think 250iu is enough to get your nuts producing enough till you hit the PCT when you start with clomid for 3 weeks. Take a look at my post inhave my next cycle up..
