Ok, so my ? Is, they make everything for people to shed their water and fat gains for end of cycle, pre show, etc....I'm the type who can eat 10 meals a day, rest, wake up and have lost 5lbs...is there anything out to help slow down the metabolism...or is it just my curse?

Dude...I really can't. Lol. I've gained 70lbs since beginning aas...but for the past 3 months I've been stuck. And I keep my nutrition right and calorie intake high...

Start drinking a gallon of whole milk per day... That'll help put some meat on your bones.

Calorie intake around 4000. I drink a gallon a day, half gallon at night with cookie dough...lol. don't hate ya all lol. I am not kbd by any means. Ha. But for real, if someone could cook up something to slow a metabolism they'd b rich...
