Was yawning on the way home from work, on the way to the gym, in the gym... Nightmare of a max effort day. Couldn't find my lifting straps so went at the deads without em and failed miserably. Couldn't keep my damn hands from being sweaty. No chalk allowed in my gay-ass gym either. I asked a fellow member beside me who was pulling 495 for reps and he told me that's why he has his straps... He asked management and they said no chalk. Fuck!
So 405 went up easy, 480 for a PR wouldn't get past three inches til my fingers slipped and I dropped the shit. I tried it more than once, then went down to 405 so I could rep that for a PR or something... And my hands slipped off that dumb shit as well.
The extra work at the end of my atrocious pulling session was just to punish myself for shitting the bed.
One good thing - I am really tired.
So who here wants to convince me this wasn't a terrible waste of time? Anyone? Bleh.
