Flat Bench DB Press w/twist

Incline Cable Fly's

Greg this motorcycle is really great.
I love this machines-they have "soul",especially that you do a lot of things yourself,it's your ideas,your work and passions
Awesome color,form -yeah simply "BEAUTIFUL"
